Dita

Junior Instructor

Dita is a certified Pilates instructor with training from the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Course, as well as specialized courses such as "Power of Aging," "Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies," and "Pilates for Pregnancy and Beyond."

Dita has always valued exercise for the strength and well-being it provides. Over time, she began experiencing discomfort in her knees, shoulders, and back, eventually discovering she had frozen shoulder. Drawn to Pilates’ slower pace and low-impact nature, she began practicing later in life, believing it was ideal for her age.

As she progressed, Dita recognized the importance of body awareness in preventing injuries and maintaining strength, functionality, and independence. Pilates helped reduce her pain and made her stronger, echoing Joseph Pilates' belief that "the acquirement and enjoyment of physical well-being, mental calm, and spiritual peace are priceless to their possessors." Dita now promotes Pilates as the perfect exercise for those over 50 to stay strong, mobile, and independent.

Winda

Junior Instructor

Winda’s journey into Pilates began through recovery, not ambition. Years of chronic back pain led her to Pilates, where she discovered intelligent and intentional movement focused on stability, breath, and spinal support. As her body grew stronger, her curiosity grew—not only in how Pilates worked, but why it worked.

What began as personal rehabilitation over five years ago evolved into a passion to help others who feel limited by pain or disconnected from their bodies. After earning her *BASI Pilates Certification in 2025, Winda continued to expand her knowledge through workshops including **BASI Pilates for Scoliosis, **BASI Pilates for Pregnancy, and **Biomechanics with Tom Waldron*.

Through long and dedicated training, she developed a strong foundation in anatomy, alignment, and mindful movement, reinforcing her belief that Pilates is not just exercise, but education. Guided by Joseph Pilates’ words, “Not only is health a normal condition, but it is our duty not only to attain it but to maintain it,” Winda teaches with patience, precision, and respect for every body’s unique journey.

Dyah

Apprentice Instructor

Dyah is currently completing the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program, and has also taken the “Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies” course to deepen her understanding of movement and body mechanics.

She has always loved to move—exercise has long been a part of her life. Starting with cardio and later focusing on weight training, Dyah also found balance through yoga, especially yin. Trying Pilates on a whim changed everything; she was immediately drawn to how it made her body feel, which inspired her to pursue formal training.

Through Pilates, Dyah realized she had been exercising without true control and often engaging compensating muscles. Joseph Pilates once said, “Concentrate on the correct movement each time you exercise, lest you do them improperly and thus lose all vital benefits.” This insight reshaped her approach to movement—teaching her to move with intention, awareness, and control, reducing the risk of injury.

Transitioning from her career in the legal field, Dyah found that teaching Pilates aligns deeply with who she is. She now shares her passion by helping others build a stronger mind-body connection, move more efficiently, and feel both calmer and stronger.

Join Dyah’s class and discover how mindful movement can transform not only your body, but also your sense of balance and inner strength.
